Mrs. Sylvia Henderson

Sylvia Noles Henderson, age 76, of Mount Ida, AR, passed away February 28, 2013. She was born on February 15, 1937 in Mount Ida, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Weaver and Aurelia Noles.
Survivors include: Her husband of 54 years, John Henderson Sr. of Mt. Ida
Son and daughter-in-law: John Jr. & Terri Henderson of North Little Rock

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Mount Ida, AR and a member of Glenwood Chapter #396 order of the Eastern Star. Visitation will be Sunday, March 3, 4-6 p.m. at Thornton Funeral Home, Mount Ida, AR. Funeral Services will be Monday March 4, at 10:00 A.M. At First Baptist Church, burial will follow at Mount Ida Cemetery. Instead of flowers the family has requested memorials be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund PO Box 87 Mount Ida, AR 71957. Honorary Pallbearers: The staff of the Montgomery County Nursing Home. Services will be held under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida.
